Guitar-Rickenbacker 360, Ric-o-sound won’t work?

Any ideas? New Still under warranty but I 'm in Toledo and I won 't get back to Cincinnati where I bought for a little time.

Sure the cable isn 't defect? That 's something that always goes wrong, my brother once almost had to cancel a jola for 5 minutes before it was to begin, fortunately someone had a spare cable! I know that the answers are simple ones forget to think about quite often. Unfortunately, I don 't know much about the guitar as my brother, so I can' t help you if there 's really something wrong with the thing.

If you can not convince them to work with a new cable, which could impaccarlo support and send them? Or maybe you can volerli to email and see what they suggest. Good luck!
